I want to create a page where I can upload content so people can comment on them and people can also reply to peoples comment like this webpage: http://investorshub.advfn.com/East-Coast-Diversified-Corp-ECDC-12465/
if you scroll down to the bottom you will see where people comment and stuff. What template will best for this and if not how do create the comment section?

In my website, I cant find any login place anywhere, I tried that builder thingie and try to enable to, but it doesn't show up on the page either, and I tried to make a forum (http://cocovampie.ucoz.com/forum/) page (which I haven't connect to the main page, but there's no login page in the main place, and only will be able to see it in a thread or something, but after you login, there's no logout key O.o
