Theme has a problem

Sometimes I can't access my site, it says: "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to animationshop.ucoz.com"
I tried it with different browsers like fire fox and IE but still the same thing happened. I even checked my net connection and all was fine. To test the connection I went to sites which doesn't have Florance as it's theme and all those sites loaded.
Please fix it.

Even I can access it now. This problem had occurred before too. And at that time also, I had checked the connection and it was fine. I'm sure the template has got some problems.
