1. What template are you trying to buy / get?
2. What payment method have you chosen?
3. At which step have you noticed the issue (screenshots are welcome)? Your actions.

Hi there.

First of all i wanna congrats you guys with a new site. Love it. But i have a question, When you buy a Template, Do you buy it out of the shop or do we just buy it to download it?

Hi there,
When you buy a template, you get a single copy of it.
