| This one is not from this page,so I decided to post it here.

That frame is appearing on all pages. I would like to add there ip of the server,as well as his status. It should be somwhere in the css,but heres another problem. CSS is in russian language,wich I dont understand,and even,it did a pretty mass in my css. Its not even a word in russian language there now.
So my question is simple and pretty complicated as well 
If anyone knows where to put code for showing server status and ip, and where should I put this...
