Changing Demo Color

I need help changing this red to a blue. Now I looked everywhere and i cant find a color code so i figured it was a picture. But i cant find the pic in the fileshare. So could you help me with making this blue.

#1569C7 is the blue code i need.

It's A Image, The name Is module-title-icon.png
Find It In File Manager>Images

Change It to any blue image.

DarkFangle15, the simple way is to just go to the dominion template that you downloaded open it , go to the map images , and change the red coloured images to your color and re-upload them
