The server at foro-wildsaga.ucoz.es is taking too long to respond.
But i think you have to do the instalsasion over again step by step.

I saw the site now. there is nothing there, just upper and lower banner.
Have you installed all photos, added all folders to main root of your ftp, and added the Template Builder ?
