For some reason, the submenus don't appear at all... I know how to add them but they won't appear. When I hover over a menu with a submenu, it doesn't show the submenu.

I will provide more details if asked.

I tried this:
Code
<div id="rt-menu">
      <div id="rt-menu-overlay">
      <ul class="menutop" >
      <li class="active root" > <a class="orphan item bullet" href="/" > <span> Main page </span> </a> </li>
      <li class="parent root" > <a class="daddy item bullet subtext nolink" href="/load/" > <span> M.U.G.E.N <em>Download Characters</em></span> </a>
          <div class="fusion-submenu-wrapper level2">
       <div class="drop-top"></div>
       <ul class="level2" style="display: block; ">
       <li class="item"> <a class="orphan item bullet" href="/"> <span> Warez </span> </a> </li>
       <li class="item"> <a class="orphan item bullet" href="/"> <span> Game </span> </a> </li>
       <li class="item"> <a class="orphan item bullet" href="/"> <span> Game 2 </span> </a> </li>
       <li class="item"> <a class="daddy item bullet" href="/"> <span> Game </span> </a>
       <div class="fusion-submenu-wrapper level3">
       <div class="drop-top"></div>
       <ul class="level3" style=" display: block;">
       <li class="item"> <a class="orphan item bullet" href="/"> <span> Game </span> </a> </li>
       <li class="item"> <a class="daddy item bullet" href="/"> <span> Game </span> </a>
       <div class="fusion-submenu-wrapper level3">
       <div class="drop-top"></div>
       <ul class="level3" style=" display: block;">
       <li class="item"> <a class="orphan item bullet" href="/"> <span> Game </span> </a> </li>
       <li class="item"> <a class="orphan item bullet" href="/"> <span> Game </span> </a> </li>
       </ul>
       </div>
       </li>
       </ul>
       </div>
       </li>
       </ul>
       </div>
</li>
      <li class="parent root" > <a class="daddy item bullet subtext nolink" href="/forum/" > <span> Forum <em>Communicate with us</em></span> </a> </li>
      <li class="parent root" > <a class="daddy item bullet subtext nolink" href="/index/0-3" > <span> Contact us <em>Letter to admin</em></span> </a></li>
      <li class="parent root" > <a class="daddy item bullet subtext nolink" href="/forum/0-0-0-36" > <span> Forum Rules <em>Please read</em></span> </a></li>
      <li class="parent root" > <a class="daddy item bullet subtext nolink" href="/news/rss/" > <span> RSS <em>Newswire</em> </span> </a> </li>
      </ul>
      <div class="clear"></div>
      </div>
</div>

and it works but it only shows the submenu for a few seconds and i can't hover over the submenu items or else it will disappear.

And you are sure you have done everything step by step. Becouse ur dropdown menu should be red, not black, and if you have been editing the drop down meny, you might have been deleting some of the code.
